Over 36 years our portfolio has managed nearly $1 billion in assets, provide more than $35 million in residential lending through a variety of loan products including self-help, and assisted more than 40,000 residents.

Our programs and revitalization strategies effectively increase and preserve homeownership, with a focus on supporting low- and moderate-income families. We also work to improve the condition, health, and safety of existing homes, develop quality affordable housing, empower residents through education and collaboration, and provide affordable co-working office space to small business owners from our Oak Park headquarters.
