Meet the new Member Services Team – Maddy & Andrew!

Metro Chamber Avatar

There are some exciting new changes to our team! Effective May 15, we are promoting two of our existing Team Members to positions in our Member Services Department – Maddy & Andrew.

Madeline (Maddy) Barbour, formerly our MetroBusiness Center (MBC) Program Manager, will now be leading our membership department in the role of Member Services Manager. In her former role, Maddy provided resources and 1-on-1 support for small and mid-size businesses through our MBC. Andrew Fernino, formerly our Public Policy Coordinator, will now support our members as Member Services Coordinator. In his former role, Andrew served as a point of contact for our Policy Teams and provided support on policy matters including our recent Cap-to-Cap program.

While their official start dates are still a few days away, they have already hit the ground running on all things membership! Maddy and Andrew held their first Ribbon Cutting in their new roles for Raising Cane’s Grand Opening at 3340 El Camino Ave on May 4th and will be hosting a Referral Roundtable on May 17th here are our offices at 400 Capitol Mall.

We are excited to be able to promote from within for these important roles and are confident Maddy & Andrew will be instrumental in growing our Member Services Department and providing the support needed for regional businesses to thrive at all levels. More great things are to come from this duo!
