Last week, nearly 350 delegates are traveling to Washington, D.C. for the Metro Chamber’s Capitol-to-Capitol (Cap-to-Cap) program. Cap-to-Cap provides a unique opportunity for business and community leaders to align around issues concerning the six-county Sacramento region. What sets the Capital Region apart is the fact that we work together, to collectively plot the course for regional initiatives and priorities. This year, 11 teams, drafted papers outlining policy positions and solutions they will carry to Washington, D.C. The delegation honed in on three critical areas of investment for our region: infrastructure, people and strategic initiatives.
