The Capital Region Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is seeking a customer-service focused individual who would like to join a team helping small businesses be resilient. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will interact with business owners, advisors, stakeholders and chamber staff via phone, email, and virtual platforms. This role is key to ensuring our small business owners are supported by providing quality customer service, accurate data entry & review, timely scheduling and bringing a creative social media mindset.
