Our Topic: Public/Private Investment in a Digital Age
Demographic and technological shifts are changing the way we consume, commute and communicate. These dynamic shifts are having an impact on land use, zoning and economic development strategies for entire regions. As the Capital Region continues to grow, it is imperative that we grow in a way that is sustainable and inclusive to remain a connected region.
At this year’s State of the Sacramento County on November 2, Larry Kosmont CRE®, President and CEO of Kosmont Companies, will lead the discussion on how the Capital Region can accomplish successful economic development projects by attracting private investment, contend with state mandates and develop places that become vibrant communities in our changing economy.
Our Speaker: Larry Kosmont
For the last 32 years, Larry Kosmont has advised dozens of communities throughout California on how to strategically motivate private investment while taking advantage of the State’s focus on sustainability and technology.
Joining us will also be the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors as they report on the current state of Sacramento County and projections for the future.
