“After three years, the Sacramento region is ready to explore opportunities and benchmark best practices through the Metro Chamber’s Study Mission Program. While we love the California we call home, we fully recognize that our issues and regulations can be unique to our State. With those opportunities in mind, we embark on discovery in one of our most prosperous California cities…San Diego. With its temperate climate, abundance of amenities, diverse population, lively downtown and successful business community, the opportunities to learn from San Diego abound.”
