Lead, connect, give
This is the foundation Metro is built on.
The Metro Chamber Foundation invests in people by building talent pipelines, improving diversity in the workforce, and bringing new ideas and skills into the workplace.
Our programs help leaders and professionals foster community, embrace employees who lead, and encourage professionals and businesses to give back to the communities they call home.
Metro Strive empowers women in the workforce to develop their inner leadership skills by allowing participants to build interpersonal skills, expand their leadership toolkit and build out their professional networks to increase their opportunities for economic security and overall health and wellbeing.
