Event Submission

Event Criteria
The following criteria must be met for any event to be considered a “Community” or “Professional Development Event,” and thus be appropriate for posting on metrochamber.org. While this criteria represents our general standard, the Metro Chamber maintains discretion and reserves the right to approve or reject any requested posting for any reason.
--Occurring in the six-county region (El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo, Yuba).
--Open to the public.
--Occurring at a future date.

How to Submit an Event for Posting
1. Fill out the form below (accuracy of event information and registration links are the responsibility of the requestor and will not be verified by the Metro Chamber prior to posting).
--Under "Event Type" choose either "Community Events" or "Professional Development." DO NOT CHOOSE METRO CHAMBER EVENTS. Your submission will be rejected, if you do.
2. Once you have completed the form, hit the "Submit" button.
3. The Metro Chamber will review the requested posting within two to three business days and will either approve the event for posting (in which case the event will be visible immediately at metrochamber.org) or reject the event for posting. Requestors will receive a notice on the status of their submission once their posting has been reviewed.

Please note that photos, logos, images, or requests for financial endorsements or sponsorships will not be posted.
